Man alive! I started out as a very poor Texas Hold'em player. I didn't have the right attitude, discipline nor did I have the mentality. I didn't know any Texas Holdem tips, strategies, or techniques. Heck I didn't even know what odds were!

My biggest problem was I would start out great and then get board and start playing poor hands. I never played the right starting hands. How could I? I had no idea there is a right way and a wrong way to play every starting hand in texas holdem poker.
And then of course I would start to lose pots. My stack would dwindle and I would end up out of the game and pissed off. Then of course I would jump into another no limit or sit-n-go tournament right away, on tilt, and get my ass kicked again!
